I don’t manage to access the site.
This site uses the SLL protocol in order to establish a secured connection. Therefore, it is necessary to select the SSL option in your browser. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, this option can be found as follows: Internet Options >> Security >> Use SSL 3.0. If you are using Firefox, activate the SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 protocols in Tools >> Options >> Advanced >> Encryption >> Protocols
 
When I access to the site (after the login) or when I click on the main menus, the following message appear: Invalid user name and/or password.
Check that your browser is configured to accept the use of cookies. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, the option is: Internet Options >> Security >> Security Settings >> Cookies >> Allow cookies. If you are using Firefox, activate the use of cookies in Tools >> Options >> Privacy >> Cookies.
 
Graphics are not displayed.
The graphs on this site are Java applets. For them to be displayed properly, the Java Virtual Machine must be installed and enabled. Download it from Sun at http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp.
